Frenxo is a platform that connects:
🛒 Buyers requesting products ✈️ Travelers carrying legal items
Frenxo does NOT:
🚫 Import or export goods 🚫 Act as a courier/logistics company 🚫 Store, pack, or handle products
All transactions are peer-to-peer.
👤 3. User Eligibility
🎂 Must be 18+ 🪪 Provide accurate KYC details ⚖️ Follow all customs & legal rules
🎯 4. User Responsibilities
✈️ Travelers must:
✔️ Carry only legal, safe items 💰 Keep item value under ₹50,000 📦 Carry only 1 unit per item 🛃 Declare goods if customs asks 🤝 Deliver only to verified buyers
🛍️ Buyers must:
✔️ Request only legal items 📍 Provide correct delivery details 👍 Confirm delivery in the app
💳 5. Payments & Escrow
🏦 Payments go through RBI-regulated partners 🔐 Money stays in escrow until delivery 💼 Service fee deducted from traveler payout 🚫 Frenxo never directly holds user money
⛔ 6. Prohibited Activities
❌ Carrying restricted or illegal items 📦 Commercial import or resale 🕵️ Using fake or stolen identities 💳 Fraud / scam attempts ⚠️ Violating any laws or regulations
🛑 7. Liability
📌 Frenxo is not liable for customs penalties 📦 Lost, damaged, or counterfeit items 👤 User misconduct or fraud 🚫 Delivery issues caused by users
⚠️ 8. Account Suspension
🚫 Rule violations 🛑 Fraud or suspicious activity 😡 Abuse or harassment ⚖️ Illegal behavior
🧩 9. Disputes
💬 Handled via in-app support 📤 Escalation to Frenxo team 🇮🇳 As per Indian consumer protection laws
